Thermatek Y12 Mini Portable Label Printer

The Thermatek Y12 is a mini label printer small enough to fit in a pocket. Design a label on your phone, tap print, and it produces clear labels for jars, cables, files, price tags and small product packs.

Key features

• Pocket-sized. Carry it anywhere and label things right where they are.
• Bluetooth and USB. Print wirelessly from your phone or tablet, or connect by USB.
• Rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Charges over USB, so there is no need for a power socket while you work.
• 203 dpi print quality. Sharp text and barcodes on even small labels.
• No ink or toner. It prints on direct thermal label rolls, so there are no cartridges to replace.

Where it fits

The Y12 suits small shops pricing items and labelling small product packs, home businesses that sell food, cosmetics or crafts and want neat branded stickers, and home or office organising for jars, cables and files. It is designed for small labels at a gentle pace (up to 30 mm/s), not bulk courier labels.

Paper and setup

It uses direct thermal label rolls, so no ink or toner is needed. It connects by Bluetooth or USB and runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that you top up over USB. Setup is simple: pair it with your phone, pick or design a label, and print.
