Thermatek R830 High-Speed Thermal Receipt Printer (USB + Bluetooth)

The Thermatek R830 is an 80mm desktop receipt printer made for billing counters that stay busy from opening to closing. It prints fast, clear receipts and can talk to a billing PC and a phone or tablet, which makes it a practical choice for shops, restaurants and pharmacies that want one reliable printer at the till.

Key features

• Up to 260 mm/s. Receipts come out in a moment, so the line at the counter keeps moving even at rush hour.
• USB and Bluetooth together. Run your desktop billing software by cable and print from a mobile POS app without buying a second printer.
• 203 dpi print quality. Item names, totals, your shop logo and barcodes print sharp and easy to read.
• Print head rated for 100 km. Built for long service life on high-volume counters.
• Windows, Android and iOS. Works with a wide range of POS software and billing apps.
• No ink or toner. Direct thermal printing means the only thing you ever buy is paper.

Where it fits

The R830 suits supershops and grocery tills that print hundreds of bills a day, pharmacies that need neat, readable invoices, and restaurants and cafés printing customer bills and kitchen orders. Retail shops that bill from a PC at the front counter but also take orders on a tablet will get the most from its dual connection.

Paper and setup

It takes standard 80mm thermal receipt rolls. Because it prints by direct thermal, there is no ink, toner or ribbon to replace. Connect it to a Windows PC over USB, or pair it by Bluetooth with an Android or iOS device running your POS app.
